International costumers must pay all duties and taxes. Orders will be shipped upon receipt of transfer.

Warranties

Turbines containing angular contact bearings carry a six-month warranty. Turbines containing radial bearings carry a three month warranty on parts, no warranty for the bearings. There is no warranty for screw-type chucks or for missing components. Handpiece shells are covered with a one-year warranty.

Warranty on Components – Complete Turbine Assemblies

Failed components and turbines must be returned with the original invoice. It is best to return the complete handpiece, into which the component was installed, for testing and warranty evaluation.

Warranty on Auto Chuck, Push-Button or Level Actuated

The same stated as above. Failure or damage due to misuse or abuse, including improper installation or maintenance, dropping the handpiece and sterilization errors, and any other actions inconsistent with recommended instructions may void the warranty.

Repair Warranty

Warranty claims must be sent to DDS along with a copy of the invoice, for warranty evaluation. The same conditions apply as listed above. Claims must be submitted within the warranty period.

Shipping Methods and Rates

All packages will be shipped via UPS unless customer requests other method. UPS Rate charges, fuel surcharges, and residential delivery rates will be applied.

Payment

Domestic Customers: Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. International Customers: Wire transfer only.

DDS TERMS and CONDITIONS

Returns: Returns will be accepted within 10 days of the invoice date. Product must be in the original packaging and contain all components. Returns must be pre-authorized by DDS. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. No returns for special order items. Refunds will be credited to the account minus shipping fee and 15% restocking fee. All merchandise must be new, unused condition, or in an unopened package. Opened equipment and handpieces will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer’s policy.

Pricing: A minimum order of $100.00 is required. Smaller orders will be charged a $20.00 processing fee. A 1.5% interest fee will be charged on all accounts over 30 days. We make every effort to maintain prices as listed, however we reserve the right to adjust prices in response to changing transportation, labor, and material costs. All sales are in US funds, FOB Livermore, CA USA.
